Deaf Awareness Week: Striving for Quality Education - Global Voices Online
On this second part of the Deaf Awareness Week posts (part one), we bring you a perspective on education for the deaf, and the different challenges it implies. First, from the Central African Republic, a school that after funds stopped, has continued fueled only by love. Bob's Vlog: European trip to the Czech Republic, England, and Italy - Gallaudet University Inside Gallaudet
I recently returned from a 10-day trip to Europe, which included visiting the Czech Republic, England, and Italy. The purpose of the trip to Europe was to explore opportunities, and to strengthen and develop our relationship with other universities, schools, and organizations that work with and serve deaf people.
